Rental conditions
- Down payment 50% on booking
- Upon receipt of the deposit, the rental contract will be sent by mail or email
- Payment of balance 30 days before the date of arrival
- Deposit requested when handing over keys of 700 €
- An inventory is done before your departure
- Deposit returned immediately or within 8 days
Cancellation policy
You will be reimbursed up to 100% if you cancel your stay at least 60 days before the arrival date. After this period the sums paid will be kept in full.
